Delivery times are those agreed by the carrier.

For your information;

Colissimo delivery takes 2 to 5 working days.

In a Mondial Relay point, it takes 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of your basket and the shipping method selected. As long as your order has not been validated, you can access your shopping cart to see the estimated shipping costs for your order.

Glours accepts returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be undamaged and fit for resale. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The return must be accompanied by your order number, the date of the order, your contact details (postal address and e-mail) on plain paper.
