Delivery times are those agreed by the carrier.

For your information: Delivery via Colissimo takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of your cart and the selected shipping method. As long as your order hasn’t been confirmed, you can view an estimate of the shipping costs for your order in your cart.

Glours accepts returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be undamaged and fit for resale. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The return must be accompanied by your order number, the order date, and your contact information (mailing address and email) on a separate sheet of paper. Without a tracking number we cannot accept any claims.
